Every team plays a single round robin inside its group. All twelve series are best-of-three and played online across two server regions.

An eight-team bracket on the Aurora Arena stage. Quarter-finals and semi-finals are best-of-three; lose once and your Nova Cup is over.

The eight teams are invited from five regions. Group placement seeds the bracket — nobody is eliminated in the group stage, so every match still matters.
